Throwing all caution to the wind, we thought it would be an adventure to drag the kids to Holland, where Eric, Sherry, and Hester are hanging out for the year. Armed with frequent flier tix and the promise of our own apartment in downtown Amsterdaam (courtesy of the Bartelsman-Rose clan, we conned Dianne to take a vacation at the same time so that she might 1) help with the kids 2) show us around and 3) have a nice break herself.
